The Cops & Antibiotics!

Argh, what a week! My tooth has been hurting for a while now but I, as usual, continued to ignore the throbbing and smother my liver with Tylenol all week. Yesterday I had enough to call into work. Yes, my mouth hurt so terribly I called in. I hate calling into work, it makes me feel horrid and guilty beyond belief! But on with the story! I drove out to get some benzocaine paste for my toothache and on the way back I was pulled over. My initial reaction was something along the line of, "WHAT. THE. HELL!!??" but it got even worse when the cop told me I still had a warrant out for my arrest that was over six months old. Bah, I though I had taken care of that small ordeal back then, sadly not. I paid my ticket and the court cost, but they had not mentioned the warrant at court so I thought I was golden. The DMV even gave me my license back, with the warrant!
So I spent the majority of my evening/night in jail. The officer who picked me up was very nice. He said he was just randomly running tags, just my luck. And I seen a chick I used to work with at the jail.
This morning I got to see a dentist. my wisdom teeth are becoming evil. So evil they must be removed! So that was scheduled for the third of next month. Blah. But to balance out this shit storm of fun, there were a few cool things that happened! I got some really cute yarns to fiddle with! SO MANY PRETTY COLOURS! So I have been doing that while watching the Captain play Dead Space 2.
Speaking of gaming, I have thought about entering the Silent Hill Graveyard contest. I loves me some SH, with a wierdo stalker kind of passion. And I would die of happiness if my image was chosen. Still on the "MAYBE" list. BUT WOULDN'T IT BE SO COOL!!?? <3
Back to sitting around and doing crafty stuff, I should start posting pics.

I'm Pooped!

The house looks pretty nice, if I do say so myself! We got a letter Friday from the apartment manager stating the complex was subject to inspections today and tomorrow. I have never had an inspection before in any of the other apartments I have lived in but I made sure that we are set for this one. I'm not sure what they are looking for but there is not very much excitement going on around in here. All that is left really is laundry... I keep saying that but it is not getting done any faster! Captain says I am the Master of Procrastination, I worked hard for that title!
I have been inspired by a few blogs I follow to start of redecorating the apartment. Everything just looks sort of "lived in" and not quite like someone LIVES HERE! First room plan: THE KITCHEN!
,.~*~*THINGS I WANT TO INCORPORATE INTO THE KITCHEN*~*~'.
Garden Gnomes
Fake Grass Rugs
Pink Flamingos!
Funky Topiary Plants
Deer head
There is also a huge sliding glass door that goes out to a patio that I want to drag into this design as well. This is going to be so terribly gaudy, I'm sure I'll love it while others dislike it. Oh well, ha ha ha. My mother is always saying, "I thought this <insert random item here> was so ugly so I thought you would like it!" And you know, she is usually right! And Captain has demanded that the living room become a gamer shrine of sorts, so I am plotting that as well. Well, enough procrastination. Off to do more house stuff, and figure out what's for dinner!

    Spring Cleaning in January, Eww.

Ugh, I am seriously lacking in sleep! Not the normal amount of lack, but a surplus amount! But that is ok, my mom now has a clean house that she can hobble around happily! Well, except for the kitchen. The vacuum -=SORT OF=- exploded in there and broke. But I pass the blame on that one to my brother, as it was his vacuum. Not my fault, AT ALL!

My shenanigans over at Kirby's Epic Yarn.
    Check it out, very cute.

    And Now It Is 2011...

Well, it has been forever since I started this blog. I wanted to start using it for random entries and logging my life in some sense, but that did not turn out the way I originally intended. But I am back, knocking the dust off this poor, lonesome blog, and just in time for thoughts of the new year...
