Every year, my family has a tradition of making lasagna for Christmas dinner instead of the traditional turkey or ham. This is mostly because when I was growing up we as a collective would attend church VERY FREQUENTLY. In the Bible belt, not sure how it is in the rest of the world, one attends church services three times a week on average. So it is pretty tiring to eat turkey and ham dinners after Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas OVER and OVER and OVER. And while fried chicken is delicious, it is not all that uncommon either. So...
It was great Having it again as leftovers tonight as well. Toodles~
